DaySpring, a leading manufacturer of Christian greeting cards and gifts, will build a new corporate headquarters in Siloam Springs, Ark. The new two-story building will contain 35,000 to 40,000 square feet of office space, accommodating up to 160 out of its 450 employees. The $5 million facility will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2006.

The new building will replace multiple facilities and expand space for the company's creative, marketing and administrative departments. It will be located near the existing DaySpring Distribution Building south of Siloam Springs. This will allow DaySpring to consolidate its operations into fewer locations. The current administration building will be converted to a meeting and conference center as well as warehouse storage.
