Alexa's Angels promotes 'positivity'

With the aim of inspiring people to stay positive and "pass on the positivity," Windsor, Colo.-based jewelry manufacturer Alexa's Angels has launched The National Share Your Positivity Movement.

Individuals, organizations and businesses are invited to participate in the first National Share Your Positivity Week, Oct. 11-17, and to contribute positive sentiments to the National Positivity Databank online at ShareYourPositivity.org.

Alexa's Angels is inviting businesses to promote positive behavior during National Share Your Positivity Week. Participation can take many forms-volunteering, collecting funds for a charity or holding a positivity-themed retail event.

"This is a great opportunity for businesses to show their commitment to being a socially responsible member of the community while also fostering a positive environment among employees and even extending that to customers," Lang said.

Alexa's has created a special-event kit, available for $100, for retailers hosting an in-store event. A special version of the kit is also available with pink T-shirts and bracelets, a useful tie-in for a breast cancer-related fundraiser.
