Devin Maddox has been promoted to publisher of leadership books for B&H Publishing Group. Maddox previously served as B&H’s associate publisher for strategic partners.

“I am so thankful to the Lord for the incredible combination of gifts and experience that He has developed in Devin to make him a crucial member of the B&H Trade Books team,” said Selma Wilson, president of B&H.

“Devin has keen insight into content positioning, is a skilled editor, and a great partner for authors who want to develop a publishing ministry,” said Trade Book Publisher Jennifer Lyell. “We are thrilled for him to step into a broader role.”

In his new role at B&H, Maddox will acquire, develop, and manage books in the leadership category as well as select Christian Living titles.

“It is an incredible honor to serve alongside such gifted, kingdom-minded authors and colleagues,” said Maddox. “I eagerly anticipate how God might strategically use B&H to bring glory and honor to His Son in a rapidly changing marketplace.”

Maddox holds a M.Div. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and is pursuing a Ph.D. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He previously served as internal communications specialist for LifeWay Christian Resources. He is currently a pastor at Redemption City Church in Franklin, TN in addition to his role at B&H.
