stockholm syndrome cdMore than two years in the making, Derek Webb's Stockholm Syndrome (INO Records/Provident-Integrity Distribution) released Sept 1. Co-produced with former Caedmon's Call bandmate Josh Moore (Watermark, Bethany Dillon), the release finds Webb leaving his familiar acoustic, folk-rock roots behind for a sound he describes as "intentionally inorganic."

Soundtrack library Christian World Inc. has launched the "Declarations of God's Word" series that blends original music with Bible reading to help with Scripture memorization. The first three, 30-minute CDs—each with a gift book that offers an inspirational message and references for Scripture passages on the CD—address specific areas, with Faith, Healing and My Identity in Christ.

The Richardsons join other singing couple Greg and Jana Long on the 10-song set that includes "Alive," "Destined" and "Fragile."

Canadian rockers Thousand Foot Krutch's Welcome to the Masquerade is released this month by Tooth & Nail Records (EMI CMG Distribution). "Fire It Up," one of the album's 14 tracks, is featured in the trailer for the new movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

Faith+Hope+LoveCDAustralian worship leaders Hillsong's latest arrived last month from Integrity Music. Faith+Hope+Love (Provident-Integrity) features Hillsong worship team members Darlene Zschech, Joel Houston, Brooke Ligertwood and Dove Award-winning writer Reuben Morgan. The 13 live tracks include Top 10 iTunes single "You Hold Me Now," co-written by Morgan.

For her debut album released Sept. 22 by Bema Media (Provident-Integrity), Beloved, Lara Landon secured the producing talents of hit-maker Michael Omartian for a collection of 13 songs she describes as "my journals set to music."
