Ed Stetzer, best-selling author and president of LifeWay Research, will be hosting Praise the Lord on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), Friday, Jan. 10.

A regular host of Praise the Lord, Stetzer will be joined by megachurch pastor Matt Chandler, who will tell the story of his brain tumor and God’s providence. At The Village Church in Texas, Chandler has been preaching on the message of recovery through the gospel, a message that also will be shared in a major release called Recovering Redemption (B&H Publishing Group), releasing in May.

New York Times best-selling author Priscilla Shirer also will be featured and will discuss how personal weaknesses are God’s strength. She also will share about her family and personal story. Shirer has been on tour the past few months encouraging others to increase their trust in the Lord, a message based on her latest release, God is Able (B&H Publishing Group).

Other guests on this episode include New York Times best-selling author Jefferson Bethke and recording artists Josh Wilson and Chris August.

Stetzer is also planning three more Praise the Lord shows for spring. He is author of multiple books, including his upcoming release, Transformational Groups (B&H Publishing Group), which he co-authored with Eric Geiger, vice president of the Church Resource Division at LifeWay.
