Third Day won its fourth career GRAMMY Award last night during the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles.

The Atlanta-based rock band was recognized in the Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album category for the Live Revelations: On Stage, Off Stage, Backstage CD (Essential Records/Provident-Integrity Distribution). Third Day's prior GRAMMY trophies were for the group's Essential Records albums Come Together (2002), Wire (2005) and Wherever You Are (2006).

Donnie McClurkin and Karen Clark Sheard garnered a trophy for Best Gospel Performance for "Wait on the Lord" from We Are All One: Live in Detroit (Verity Records/Provident-Integrity), while songwriters Erica Campbell, Tina Campbell and Warryn Campbell won Best Gospel Song for "God In Me" from Mary Mary's The Sound (Integrity Music/Columbia Records/Provident-Integrity).

Israel Houghton was honored in the Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album category for The Power of One (Integrity Music/Provident-Integrity).

Jason Crabb's self-titled debut (Spring Hill Music Group/EMI CMG) won the Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album, while Oh Happy Day by various artists (Vector Recordings/EMI Gospel/EMI CMG) was recognized in the Best Traditional Gospel Album category.
