Lucado spoke twice during the event's main session, with more than 110,000 in attendance, as well as twice to a pastors/leaders conference at the La Cosecha Church and once to a businessmen's group. MSI officials estimated that more than 160,000 people attended the two-day festival, held April 24-25.

Lucado spoke mostly from his most recent release, 3:16: The Numbers of Hope (Thomas Nelson, September 2007) and his upcoming book, Fearless: Imagine Your Life Without Fear, due from Nelson in September.

"Like we all do, the people in Honduras need to replace fear with hope. I will always treasure the memory of sweet faces, humble pastors and a great harvest," said Lucado, who for the first time reported on an international trip via the social networking micro-blogging Twitter.
