Standard Publishing has revamped its Web site, www.standardpub.com. In addition to a new design, the revamped site offers an expanded retailers section and store locator as well as an enhanced company information area.

"We all need to pull together in this economy to serve our customers and give them a reason to shop at Christian retail stores," said Standard Publishing President Larry Carpenter. "We want to make every effort to help our retail partners and give them tools and information that will help customers make the best decisions."

The revamped site features complete trade, new release and church resource catalogs, available for download or as online versions with pages that turn just like in paper catalogs. The site also offers downloadable posters and other marketing materials for Vacation Bible School and other products, Standard officials said.

Meanwhile, Standard has signed best-selling author and Orlando Magic co-founder Pat Williams and his wife, Ruth, to write a book on marriage. The couple have 19 children, including 14 who were adopted from countries around the world.

Scheduled for release in November, Happy Spouse...Happy House: The BEST Game Plan for a Winning Marriage will help couples understand and practice the principles in the BEST acronym--Blessing, Edifying, Sharing with and Touching their spouse.

Designed for use as a small group study guide for men's, women's or couples' groups, Happy Spouse...Happy House will include questions for personal or group study in each chapter, company officials said.
