New York Times best-selling cookbook author Phyllis Pellman Good aims to help those who feel the pressure to deliver perfect holiday meals, with her new Fix-It and Forget-It Christmas Cookbook: 600 Slow Cooker Holiday Recipes.

With 500 recipes from home cooks across the country, Fix-It and Forget-It Christmas Cookbook offers menu ideas and guidance for each recipe, Ideas for Meaningful Holidays and Happy Hosting Tips.

Recipes in the new volume include: Holiday Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Cornish Hens with Potatoes, Sausage Tortellini Soup, Fruited Turkey and Yams, Seafood Cheese Fondue, Vanilla Steamers and Fudgy Peanut Butter Cake.

Good's many "Fix-It and Forget-It" cookbooks have sold nearly 10 million copies. Fans credit the popularity of the cookbooks to their accessible recipes, geared to those with little time or confidence to cook.

Releasing next month from Good Books, the new cookbook comes in hardcover for $24.95; plastic comb binding for $18.95 and softcover for $15.95. For more information, go to www.Fix-ItandForget-It.com or www.GoodBooks.com.
