Rather than having a come-what-may attitude to whoever walks in the door, many different types of stores have instituted loyalty programs or have particular ways to keep shoppers coming back. Considering how loyal Christian retail customers can be, we ask: How can stores encourage loyalty among their gift customers in particular?
