Mark Cabaniss named senior vice president of Word Music Print

Mark Cabaniss has been named senior vice president of Word Music, reporting directly to Word Entertainment President and CEO Mark Bright.

Bright said Cabaniss "brings with him a proven track record and renowned work within the industry, and will be an incredible asset to our team."

A 20-year veteran of the print music industry, Cabaniss began his career at Brentwood Music in 1989, launching and leading the Hal Leonard church music division during a 10-year tenure. As an American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers composer/arranger, Cabaniss has more than 100 choral and instrumental songs and musicals published for adults and children.
