SpiritTruth.DualDisplayWebSpirit & Truth Christian Jewelry Designs reported solid growth in 2012, as the Valencia, Calif., company sold 500 standing floor models to showcase its designs in stores.

Each of the models holds more than $5,000 in retail merchandise, so the company has achieved more than $1.3 million in floor model sales alone, Eddie Nostrand, sales director, said during CBA’s NEXT 2013 training event last week in Atlanta.

With Spirit & Truth’s jewelry, the company aims to put “witnessing tools in believers’ hands,” he said. “Our heart and our mission is what is being blessed because it is about ministry first and foremost.”

Nostrand encouraged retailers not to lose heart, pointing out that “people are going to be in stores by the Spirit.”

Standing for quality, value and service, the jewelry maker is experiencing the “fastest growth pace” in its 15-year history, Nostrand told attendees at the event held in AmericasMart, which also hosted The Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market that many Christian retailers attended after NEXT.

The company’s lines feature designs for men and women, including rings, necklaces, bracelets and more. It also carries a wide range of items themed around sexual purity such as the “Virtuous” dog tag for women and the Youth Example chain ring for men.

With its average retail price per piece at $23.95, the company believes in having reasonable prices rather than low prices that Nostrand said means a loss of quality that “hurts customer retention.”
